• Response Panel Idle State: Replaced the plain italic placeholder text with a structured empty state showing a send icon, title, and guidance text — the first thing users see on every new request tab.
• Status Bar Semantic Coloring: Response status codes are now color-coded by class — green for 2xx, yellow for 3xx, orange for 4xx, red for 5xx — instead of a binary success/error treatment. The status bar hides when idle and fades in with a brief success flash on 2xx responses.
• Empty States Across All Views: Replaced 7 bare-text empty states (history list, collection tree, environment list, response headers, response cookies, test results, and runner errors) with the shared lc-empty-state component providing icons, titles, and descriptive guidance text.
• Loading States in Manager Panels: Environment Manager and Collection Manager now show a proper spinner with label instead of plain "Loading..." text.
