This mandatory release activates the new custom LWMA difficulty adjustment algorithm at block height 62,585.
All miners, pools, exchanges, explorers, node operators, and wallet service providers must upgrade before activation to remain on the correct chain.

- Adjusts mining difficulty dynamically on every block
- Improves block-time stability
- Reduces the impact of sudden hashrate changes
