Closing — contract-check fails on the pre-existing anchor-syn 0.32.1 / rustc incompat (Span::local_file not found), which is triggered by any change under tee-worker/omni-executor/contracts/aa/**. Same root cause as the aa-demo-app exclusion from #3993 and #4004.

The identity/client-sdk part of this bundle also re-introduces the v6 → v9 pnpm-lock format migration (~12k-line diff), which deserves a dedicated PR.

The identity/ts-tests/handlebars portion is fine on its own — Dependabot can regenerate as a separate PR for that dir.
