Split Controller Emulator

added a split controller emulator, mapping both left and right controllers to a single xbox controller.

Newer SteamVR Inputs

OPEN STEAMVR FIRST AND CONNECT RIGHT CONTROLLER
Application will open as a system tray, open up both the debug view and the main window, hit calibrate

Duckstation config requires the SDL input source and you to set up your relative aiming at least.
