Monitors UpdraftPlus backup schedules and sends email alerts when backups fail to complete within the expected window.

Features:

• Automatically schedules daily backup checks six hours after UpdraftPlus backup runs
• Sends email alerts if backups are stale or missing (default threshold: 30 hours)
• Displays next check time and alert recipient on UpdraftPlus settings page
• Configurable via wp-config.php constants
