Patch release fixing Obsidian plugin-review lint warnings. No functional changes.

Changes

  • Adopt Obsidian API helpers (createFragment / createSpan) instead of raw DOM
  • Add type annotations to satisfy plugin-review lint
  • Remove an unused import

Verified against Obsidian minAppVersion 1.13.0
