dsh: the config card retries a failed load in place. On the dsh 0.1.7 Plugins page the form opens without a header, so collapse and expand, which used to retry a failed load, no longer exists there. A failed load (a malformed ~/.modlens/config.json, say) now shows a Retry control beside the error, in the Settings card too. The control stays flush left when a long error wraps it onto its own line.
dsh: each mounted config card keeps its own loads. One built card serves both the Settings slot and the 0.1.7 Plugins page slot, and the counter that discards stale loads lived on the built card. Had a host ever mounted both at once, one mount's load would have voided the other's and left it on "loading" for good. No released dsh declares both slots, so this never reached users. The counter now belongs to each mount.
Docs: from dsh 0.1.7 on, opening the Plugins page is what probes this machine for reusable harnesses. There is no expand step there anymore.
