  • dsh: a route still starting up at boot gets wrapped once it is ready (#116). Auto-discovery only swept on llm/adapters-updated. An account route registers once per boot, and if the sweep probed it while it was still initializing (listModels threw or listed nothing yet), the plugin let go of it and waited for the next topology change. On a quiet machine that change never came, so the modlens-* wrapper stayed missing until something unrelated touched the registry. A sweep that leaves a route unresolved now runs again after 5 seconds, 30 seconds and 2 minutes. A topology event starts that round over, and unloading the plugin cancels a pending retry. A route that simply has nothing to wrap costs three extra probes, not endless polling. Thanks to @Ztyss for instrumenting a live host down to the exact branch that lost the wakeup.
