What changed

• Added pinned tzdata support so IANA time zones work reliably on Windows.
• Locked the runtime dependency and install it in cross-platform CI.
• Pinned CI actions and added local packaging exclusions for activity data and exports.

Validation

• Passed unit tests on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Passed the HOL Plugin Scanner.

Privacy

ActivityWatch data remains local. No browser extension, cloud sync, telemetry, or activity-data upload is enabled.

Getting started

Install from the repository, enable only ActivityWatch window and AFK watchers, and ask Codex to summarize your local activity.
