Add SIMULATION participant kind detail and map it to a room feature#1678

Adds ParticipantInfo.KindDetail SIMULATION so the simulation service can flag simulator participants. RoomFeatureFromParticipantKind now folds kind details into the derived room features, mapping SIMULATION to SimulationRoomFeature.
