First public release.

  • Creates digest-only evidence envelopes with deterministic canonical JSON and SHA-256 bindings.
  • Supports ASSERT, CORRECT, and WITHDRAW lifecycle validation and ordered ledger checks.
  • Includes a local Python API and the decision-evidence CLI with no third-party runtime dependencies.
  • Uses synthetic examples and does not retain source payload or metadata inside an envelope.

This release checks structural consistency, not factual truth, identity, trusted time, or investment performance. No package-index release is included.
