Initial release: live account balance/quota panel for every configured LLM provider in the DeepSeek Harness Web GUI sidebar.

Auto-detects provider routes (DeepSeek / Kimi Coding / Moonshot) from ctx.llm
Sidebar footer entry with error indicator, configurable refresh interval (15s-30min)
Keys resolved per-request via harness credentials service, never cached
