Live delivery status display

Surfaces the live delivery-status fields emitted by tracking-numbers 4.9.0's optional TrackingMore feature. Purely additive — packages without these fields render exactly as before.

Added

• Colored status chip driven by delivery_status (green = delivered, blue = transit/pickup, amber = pending, red = exception, neutral = unknown), each with a matching icon. Falls back to a neutral chip for a manual free-text status.
• "Est. delivery" row from estimated_delivery.
• "Updated" row from status_updated (relative time).

Chip colors use Home Assistant theme variables so they adapt to your theme.
