Llamafin 2.0 — It Really Kicks the Amps' Ass 🦙🔊
After 3 years of development and a complete ground-up rewrite, Llamafin 2.0 is finally here — and it's now on the Google Play Store.
This isn't an incremental update. It's an entirely new application rebuilt from scratch with a modern Angular + NgRx architecture, a redesigned UI, and features that push what a Jellyfin music client can do.
The Rewrite
The rewrite began in December 2024 with a comprehensive migration to NgRx and a feature-based modular architecture. The result is an app with 33 feature modules, 45+ NgRx state slices, and a strict Component -> Service -> Facade -> Store architecture.
