Caliper v2.15.0 brings new features and improvements, including

• Topdown analysis support for Intel Sapphire Rapids and higher CPUs via perf
• A cuda.activity.stats option for capturing per-instance timing statistics for CUDA activities
• A rocm.counters option for rocm-activity-report and rocm-activity-profile to specify hardware counters to record
• Basic rccl profiling support
• runtime-report now prints inclusive time by default
