We removed the onPresence callback handler in favor of onStart. The onStart callback is only called when a test agent comes online. When a test agent comes online, use the onStart callback for any agent initialization. Your agent instance will be passed as an argument for the onMessage callback so you no longer have to manage multiple agent instances.
