debian:testing (trixie) has removed `software-properties-common` dpkg required by `llvm.sh`

Debian is no longer providing the software-properties-common package that is required in llvm.sh. The binary required appears to be add-apt-repository but I do not know where to get that from anymore. According to a comment in wimpysworld/deb-get#1215, this package will not be returning.

I'm wondering if there's some workaround I can use to get this binary? It's impacting our CI and devcontainer that starts from debian:testing.

I found that the default apt packages are working fine for us, so I just dropped the script dependency. The debian:testing container and clang-tidy-$LLVM_VERSION clang-format-$LLVM_VERSION clang-tools-$LLVM_VERSION llvm-$LLVM_VERSION-dev lld-$LLVM_VERSION lldb-$LLVM_VERSION llvm-$LLVM_VERSION-tools libomp-$LLVM_VERSION-dev libc++-$LLVM_VERSION-dev libc++abi-$LLVM_VERSION-dev libclang-common-$LLVM_VERSION-dev libclang-$LLVM_VERSION-dev libclang-cpp$LLVM_VERSION-dev libunwind-$LLVM_VERSION-dev libclang-rt-$LLVM_VERSION-dev libpolly-$LLVM_VERSION-dev with LLVM_VERSION=19 is working fine.

Thanks for your suggestion. I also think that would have worked but to have it easier in the future, I updated with the much appreciated help of @sylvestre the llvm.sh script, see opencollab/llvm-jenkins.debian.net#30 and opencollab/llvm-jenkins.debian.net#31
