I have an Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI motherboard with the Nuvoton NCT6701D-R Super I/O chip.
For reference, HW-info in Windows shows these sensors correctly on the board (the external T-sensor is only visible when it is connected). I have attached a CSV export with the sensor details from the board. Although I don't understand much of it, it might be helpful.
Is it possible to add support for this board and/or chip? I am unsure if this is the right place to ask for this. If not, please point me in the right direction.
Some Super I/O chips contain embedded sensors. We have to write to
standard I/O ports to probe them. This is usually safe.
Do you want to scan for Super I/O sensors? (YES/no): y

I have an Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI motherboard with the Nuvoton NCT6701D-R Super I/O chip.
sensors-detectidentifies the chip as an unknown chip.nct6775driver (which detects the chip asnct6799) allows the fans and voltages to be read correctly.+0.0°Cor unrealistically low values), and some sensors are missing.TSI0_TEMPreading seems to work and shows the same values ask10temp(the CPU temperature). For reference, HW-info in Windows shows these sensors correctly on the board (the external T-sensor is only visible when it is connected). I have attached a CSV export with the sensor details from the board. Although I don't understand much of it, it might be helpful.
