Fix

  • Prevents language-specific loose-file lookups from falling back to unsuffixed Japanese loose files.
  • When an English or Simplified Chinese loose file is absent, the original path is returned to the game so its matching language resource continues loading from PAC.
  • Keeps the official Steam executable untouched.

Built and statically validated for Steam Build ID 25386012 / sora_2nd.exe 1.3.2.0. Unit tests, policy assertions, target signatures, and XInput exports passed locally and in GitHub Actions. Fresh in-game testing is still required, especially for the separately reported startup hang.
