Fix

  • Fixes the startup white-screen hang introduced by the blocking InitOnceExecuteOnce XInput forwarding path.
  • Restores direct lazy loading of the real System32 XInput1_4.dll by full path, matching the known-compatible proxy behavior.
  • Retains the v1.1.1 language-specific loose-file fallback fix: missing localized loose files return to the matching PAC language instead of falling back to unsuffixed Japanese loose files.

The compatibility candidate was confirmed to start normally on the affected Steam 1.3.2 system. Local Release x64 build, unit tests, target signatures, XInput imports, and all seven proxy exports passed; GitHub Actions also passed.
