Fix: banner now stays fixed to the bottom of the viewport on themes using transform-based smooth scrolling (GSAP ScrollSmoother, Locomotive, etc.). The banner/modal are re-parented to <body> on load so position: fixed is no longer voided by a transformed ancestor.
