LM studio 0.3.31 update and installation fails on windows 11

LM Studio 0.3.31-7-x64

Which operating system?
Windows 11

What is the bug?
LM studio update and installation fails -> no .exe file created , only some files are available, check screen shot

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install version 0.3.30
2. Update to or reinstall 0.3.31

I still can manually extract files from installer and from that extraction everything work fine
