Documentation patch

  • Make the published npm package the first installation path for normal users in every README and INSTALL.md.
  • Keep GitHub and local checkout commands explicitly labeled as development or fallback options.
  • Align all translated README installation examples with dsh-coding-subscription-oauth@0.5.2.

This release contains documentation and release-metadata corrections only; the runtime capability set is unchanged from v0.5.1.
