- default `props2init` was "all", which takes a lot of time to connect for several quads - now using only quads props essential for the BBA measurement
- updade default values of params according to what has been established as default along the years - these are the values historically used by the bba meas script in the `data_by_day` archives

- if not saved, during the first run, `bpms2dobba` is saved - if already available, it is not changed. - this guarantees the list of desired bpms to perform BBA is unchanged and allows comparison with bpms the list of measured bpms to determine which bpms are left to measure - essential for the bba script to be able to launch a measurement resuming from a previous one
- always update `bpms2dobba`, which should happen everytime meas is launched - if picking up from a previous measurement, overwrite this var with bpms left to be measured
- back to single quotes
