In force load all chapter novel can't updated

Steps To Reproduce

1. open library
2. open one novel and update
3. novel not updated (check webview novel have more chapter)
4. change with paged mode and restart
5. open one novel
6. it will show undifineds chapter
7. change setting to forceload again
8. the novel will showed but not all chap

Expected Behavior

after update it will show the latest chapter with forceload or paged

Actual Behavior

novel not updated in forceload or paged setting

still 1.3.1 version not 1.3.2

and in 1.3.1 with pade mode to all, the novel just load 100 chap not all

if I setting to 100 ffall back it can load, but after app close it will revert to display only 100 chap and must reload setting to all >> 100 fall back ifff not only 100 chap displayed
