Remove pageLength 'select' type and replaced with 'switch' type
Remove unicode white-spacing from chapter listing, causing chapter duplication in legend-list
Reduce length of storage key for novels (this is probably a breaking change but hasn't been noticed in testing and clearing cache is a fix)
Code can be further optiimized, but sending a fix out is bigger priority
