Repackage opencode-go-statusline under src/ + dist/ and refresh user docs.

  • Sources now live in src/ (index.ts, rpc.ts, tui.tsx); the build script moved to scripts/
  • The TUI entry is still pre-compiled to dist/tui.js via prepack (required: OpenTUI's Solid transform skips node_modules)
  • Dependencies updated to @opencode/plugin > 2.0.0; @opencode/theme is now an optional peer
  • Package READMEs are user-facing only (features / requirements / install / troubleshooting)
  • No behavior changes
