The main thing change in this release is to allow installs via npm.

$ npm install -g loadster
$ loadster

Of course, if you prefer you can still download the executable packages from this release.

Also, when playing a script we'll no longer default to Protocol Bots, since Browser Bots can play protocol scripts but not the other way around.
