Native Table Rendering

Tables now render as real Android TableLayout views instead of inline text:

  • Cells wrap text properly — no more overflowing past the screen edge
  • Bold header with distinct background color
  • Alternating row backgrounds for readability
  • Rounded corners on table container
  • Columns stretch to fill screen width
