Complete Model Picker Redesign

The model picker is now a premium centered dialog:

  • Gradient avatars — amber gradient square with model initial in white
  • Color-coded chips — pill-shaped badges with distinct colors:
    • FREE — amber/gold
    • VISION — blue
    • REASON — purple
    • CODE — green
    • TOOLS — teal
  • Selected state — amber-tinted gradient card + amber model name + check icon
  • Dialog — 28dp rounded corners, accent bar beside title, dim background, 16dp side margins
  • Better spacing — 44dp avatar, 16sp model name, 10dp card gaps
