Fixed many issues

If you used the old version with or without success please replace your local copy with this

binary compiled with nuitka using following command line:
nuitka --standalone --onefile --main=baspatch.py --follow-imports --assume-yes-for-downloads --output-filename="BAS_VDXR_Patcher.exe" --report="report.xml" --verbose --windows-icon-from-ico="baspatch.ico" --windows-uac-admin --enable-plugin=tk-inter

Exe build for release

if you have the game installed anywhere except the default steam location you should run it from inside the game directory. dll must always be in the same folder as the script if you want it to replace that part as well
