Local Falcon MCP 1.4.17

Release the validated inline geo-grid report flow as MCP 1.4.17. Completed grid data is returned directly in report tool metadata; bounded same-report refresh preserves the successful ChatGPT flow without separate widget report-data resource reads. The widget keeps ui://reports/geogrid-heatmap/v1.4.17 as primary and v1.4.16 as a compatibility alias.

Includes the already-deployed bounded widget CSP and exactly eight public Google Business Profile read annotation corrections. This release does not change their runtime behavior.

Narrow educational Skill hardening adds explicit authorization and untrusted-content boundaries, confirmation for an unapproved 2-existing-credit business search, constrained saving of locations, authentic review solicitation, and MCP object fieldmask examples. Useful numeric SEO guidance and the operational Skill are preserved.

Validation: 170 Bun tests; strict TypeScript; server and production UI builds; deterministic output across 18 build artifacts; 57 ChatGPT / 60 normal-Claude discovery; Skill compliance/security review; MCPB manifest, npm package allowlist, and diff checks.

OpenAI review and portal remain untouched. This release does not claim OpenAI approval.
