AI Claim Ledger 1.1.0

This release adds explicit evidence relationships while keeping version 1 ledgers compatible.

  • Defines reusable top-level sources with stable IDs.
  • Links evidence to claims as supports, contradicts, or context.
  • Requires a supporting relationship before a version 2 claim can be marked verified.
  • Reports unused sources, disputes without contradictory evidence, and conflicting evidence.
  • Renders relationship labels and evidence-coverage findings in Markdown reports.

Verification covered Python 3.10 and 3.14 on Windows, macOS, and Linux, 22 tests with 96.92% coverage, Ruff, package builds, and CodeQL.
