AI Terminal Deck 1.0.3

This hotfix keeps installation and AI launch as separate phases.

Fixed

  • Collect every missing-tool choice before starting any installer.
  • Run the official Codex installer in its supported non-interactive mode so its internal Start Codex now? prompt cannot block Claude and Kimi setup.
  • Finish all selected installers and recheck PATH before asking once whether to open the detected panes.
  • Add an end-to-end simulated interactive setup test.
