Record comic reading sessions locally and report reading time, interruptions and notes with date and series filters.
- Use unique temporary files for log replacement, preserving unrelated temporary files and refusing symlink log destinations.
- Reject boolean counts, noncanonical dates and non-text notes; keep authored Markdown fields literal and handle closed pipes cleanly.
Install the wheel with Python 3.10 or newer, or install the source distribution. Both packages include the README, changelog, development/testing instructions and supplied examples.
Validation: 24 tests passed in the source suite and against each actual tag-built distribution on Linux Python 3.10. The protected Python 3.10/3.14 matrix on Linux, Windows and macOS, CodeQL, merged-main checks and tag build passed.
Use one log writer at a time. Issue labels remain authored strings, and saves are not a concurrent database or a power-loss guarantee.
