Creative Capability Bridge 1.6.0 adds a separate SVG-to-PNG export contract and the ccb export command, with read-only preflight, bounded dimensions and input/output hash receipts.

The exporter accepts a restricted static SVG subset and uses Inkscape. It stages and structurally checks the PNG before publishing to new output/receipt destinations, refuses existing names including dangling symlinks, and preserves the source. The existing native document-plan protocol is unchanged.

Independent review and recheck, the full Linux/macOS/Windows matrix, native Blender/Inkscape smoke, CodeQL, dependency audit and exact-tag release build passed. Fresh installation of the tag-built wheel passed 137 tests, with four native tests skipped locally. All 25 packaged Python files match the tag in both wheel and source archive; the source archive includes the release documents and export contract.

Native smoke verifies the fixture export and receipt structure. It does not certify arbitrary SVG support, pixel fidelity or GIMP native acceptance. See the export contract and changelog.
