Adds explicit runtime, test and tooling source groups with per-group static import evidence. Grouped rows distinguish runtime-observed from non-runtime-observed evidence; unmatched files are listed without silently becoming runtime sources. Duplicate, invalid and overlapping groups are rejected, and grouped scans refuse symlink source files. Existing ungrouped report shapes and statuses remain compatible.
Mappings, scoped JavaScript imports and Python standard/local-module exclusions use the same parsers in each group. Static test or tooling imports do not prove runtime use, and apparently unused findings do not establish that a dependency can be removed. Source files are never executed.
Ruff, strict mypy and all 30 tests passed at 96.86% branch-aware coverage. Protected PR and merged-main CI/CodeQL passed. Attached wheel and source archive are the exact artifacts from tag workflow 38814232386; the installed release wheel passed a Python 3.10 test-only evidence scenario. SHA-256 values are included in SHA256SUMS.
