Prompt Version Diff 1.1.2

Report commands now protect the prompt files and existing reports. JSON and Markdown destinations must be distinct new files; input aliases, existing files and symlinks are refused. Both report names are reserved before writing. Ordinary write or terminal-output failures recover unchanged new reports created by that command and return an actionable error with status 2. Changed or inaccessible reports are retained and identified.

Comparison and lexical categories are unchanged. Processing remains local. Recovery does not promise an atomic transaction across a crash or power loss, and terminal text already consumed cannot be recalled.
