Safe Bulk Rename Planner 1.0.0

The first public release of Safe Bulk Rename Planner.

It turns a large regex-based filename change into a reviewable plan before anything moves. The CLI detects collisions, path escapes, symlink surprises, and changed source files; apply mode requires the generated manifest, and every successful operation writes an undo manifest.

The tool works locally and does not upload filenames or files.
