Variant Cover Organizer 1.1.0

  • Report byte-identical covers using the SHA-256 fingerprints already calculated during planning.
  • Write a copy manifest mapping each source and destination to its verified fingerprint.

Validated across Python 3.10 and 3.14 on Windows, macOS, and Linux, including a clean isolated dependency audit, build, and CodeQL checks.
