Verity 0.1.0-beta.1 — source beta

First public source beta of Verity, an MPL-2.0 local run-verification tool for trusted-source repositories.\n\nIncluded: deterministic adapters, isolated snapshots, machine-oracle verification, locally signed receipt v3, receipt verification v1, cleanup analysis, CLI, and Desktop source.\n\nNo desktop installer is published in this release. Windows downloads remain gated on trusted Authenticode signing, install/uninstall/launch smoke, the 15-project beta matrix, and release evidence. macOS and Linux downloads are not open.\n\nA local signature is tamper-evidence for the installation that issued it; it is not remote attestation, security certification, or proof that unknown code is safe.
