Recommendations:
Discriminate between clipboard changes made by VRChat or other applications, and ignore changes made by other applications OR
Update label to reflect actual behavior i.e. "Automatically save clipboard modifications"

Also recommend implementing a function to delete entries.

I have added data manipulation buttons in #2.

Current clipboard source detection may raise false alarms because VRChat and some (not all) applications will not take ownership of the clipboard and VRCSaveHelper cannot distinguish them. I have added a footnote about this issue in the README (#4).

If I'm understanding correctly, it sounds like a bug with VRChat. VRChat should take ownership of the clipboard for its entries. Is there a post on the Canny?

I'm not sure about it is a bug or not. I think that ownership should be taken, but current Win32 API allows updating clipboard without taking ownership. (See also: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/66475791 )

Also, I haven't seen any related issues on VRChat Canny.

In my opinion, it seems that this behavior is derived from Unity's clipboard manipulation function. The problem is reproduced by a toy program to copy a text with GUIUtility.systemCopyBuffer.
