Kaeso 0.2.2

Scheduled automatic updates, one time zone per install, and a What's new dialog with release artwork.

Highlights

• Automatic updates in a window. Installs can update themselves in a daily or weekly window; updates.apply is now updates.mode, so remove apply from TOML files first. #160
• Release lookups moved off GitHub. Installs look for releases at Kaeso's update service instead of GitHub's API, so they need outgoing access to it or a mirror set in updates.releases_url. #162
• One time zone per install. Every time in the console is shown in the install's time zone, set in instance.timezone and changed under General by instance admins. #159
• What's new after each update. After an update, each user sees the releases they missed once, with each release's own artwork and notes, and the dialog records it as seen. #161, #169

Breaking

• updates.apply and KAESO_UPDATES_APPLY are replaced by updates.mode and KAESO_UPDATES_MODE; remove apply from any TOML file before you upgrade. #160
