…pgrade (#257) Always-on installs now restart automatically on the new code after a one-click upgrade (launchd KeepAlive / systemd Restart=always); interactive mureo configure keeps the manual prompt. Bump version to 0.10.3.

Bumps the version across
pyproject.toml,mureo/__init__.py, and.claude-plugin/plugin.json, plus the CHANGELOG. Merging this and publishing a GitHub Release forv0.10.3triggers the PyPI publish (release.yml).Included since 0.10.2
