Describe the bug
A task that is either scheduled or deadline(d) for a particular date and not completed on that date is not carried forward to
following dates.
To Reproduce
Create a new task. Give it a scheduled or deadline date of yesterday or earlier. You will not see the task appear on either yesterday's journal entry nor today's.
Expected behavior
If a task is schedule for a particular date (or given a deadline on a particular date) and that task is not completed on that date, then the task should show up on the next calendar date in the "Scheduled and Deadline" section. And it should continue showing up in subsequent journal days until the task is either completed, deleted, or rescheduled for another date in the future.

- macOS Big Sur 11.3.1
