Boot Integrity Mask v3.6 — Final Release

Hides modifications to boot partitions (boot, init_boot, vbmeta, vendor_boot, recovery, dtbo) and dynamic partitions (super) from applications reading them via /dev/block/by-name.

This is the final release. No further updates are planned.

What's new in v3.6

  • Detailed logging of compat fallback reason — now shows exactly which symlink failed verification on boot
  • analyze checks if stock_boot.img matches current firmware fingerprint and warns if outdated
  • check-integrity caches image hash by mtime — skips rehashing if image hasn't changed
  • Fixed watchdog interval display in dashboard when watchdog.conf contains non-numeric value
  • Added README.md to module archive

Required stock_boot.img placed in common/ before install

Installation

  1. Get stock_boot.img (or init_boot.img) from your device's official firmware
  2. Rename it to stock_boot.img (.img.gz supported — auto-extracted)
  3. Open BootMask3.6.zip without extracting and place the image into common/
  4. Install via Magisk / KernelSU / APatch → Modules → Install from storage
  5. Reboot and verify:
