Highlights

This version brings new useful utility ipadecrypt versions, bug fixes and more interactivity.

• Added ipadecrypt versions, an interactive subcommand for browsing available App Store versions. Motivated by the posted issue I've created this utility to help users discover .ipa versions without using third-party utilities such as ipatool - for later use together with --external-version-id

• New shiny progress bars so that you are sure the tool didn't hang...

• Improved usage, error logging and few messages
• ipadecrypt will right now reinstall app on remote instead of failing early
• Multiple bug fixes, refactors, and general code cleanup
