Keep learning across devices while understanding which features belong to desktop.

Updated: 2026-10-06

Use the mobile app

  1. Start without an account for local use, or sign in for synchronization. You can return to Account & Sync later.
  2. Add an online dictionary or import supported local dictionary files. Search, save words, open Study and review available cards inside the app.
  3. Install local dictionaries separately on each device. If offline, use already-prepared local content; online dictionary requests still need a connection.

Use Learn and online dictionary pages

Open Learn to manage vocabulary, study books and review in the browser. Guest data belongs to this browser; signing in offers account synchronization and, when available, a choice to bring guest learning into the account. Inspect that choice before applying it.

The website dictionary offers online lookup and shareable entry links without installing desktop MDict files. Browser Review first resolves exact book material, then published questions; only when both are unavailable can a ready AALookup public dictionary entry provide a masked prompt. The answer remains the saved word.

Previously cached learning material can support offline work, but first visits and uncached books need a connection. Clearing site data, using a different browser profile or leaving a private browsing session can remove local browser data.
