Every flagged citation is now scored by when it was made relative to the editorial notice: pre-notice (blameless), concurrent (configurable grace window, default 365d, --grace-days), or post-notice — with the signed gap in years. The contamination scanner now reports the post-notice count as its headline figure.
Prompted by community feedback on the launch post — a citation made before anyone knew is not the same as one made three years after the retraction.
