Full Rename (webcli → site2cli)

  • Renamed source directory, all imports, string references, and user-facing text
  • Backward compatibility: auto-migrates ~/.webcli/ data dir, falls back to old keyring entries, accepts .webcli.json community bundles

Test Expansion (71 → 156 tests)

  • 6 new test files: config, auth, health, router, community, generated code
  • 3 expanded test files: analyzer (+12), cli (+12), models (+7)
  • 150 unit/integration + 6 live tests, all passing

README Overhaul

  • Banner image, shields.io badges (CI, PyPI, Python, License, Tests)
  • Mermaid architecture diagrams, feature comparison tables
  • Comprehensive testing and development documentation

Documentation

  • Updated CLAUDE.md, PLAN.md, RESEARCH-EXPERIMENT.md, RESEARCH-DEEP-DIVE.md
